TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
The primary focus of the Center is to provide technical assistance for the implementation of policies at the national, regional and continental levels based on specific request from both public and private sector entities. This involves among other things, institutional building, human resource development, programme formuation and re-engineering as well as project execution. The key thematic areas of policy implementation are the following:

In performing its role, the Center utilizes the expertise of African professionals and experts from all over the world, particularly those who are members of the Africa Skills Connect, one of the flagship initiatives of the Center.
